Falconer's Flight 7 C's is a dual purpose hop that is mainly used for its distinct aromatic and flavor contributions. A blend of the 7 "C" hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus, and Crystal, this hop produces some very distinct tropical fruit notes that have become very popular in commercial beers.
