Pale Chocolate Malt (Crisp)

Pale Chocolate Malt is less roasted than traditional Chocolate Malt which results in a lower lovibond contribution. Imparts a slight dark chocolate and coffee flavor to your brews. Typically used with Stouts, Porters, Brown Ales, and Milds.
