Sodium Metabisulphite 2oz

Sodium Metabisulphite is used to prevent growth of bacteria, wild yeasts, and oxidation in your wine. May also be used as a sanitizer for your wine making equipment.

 

Wild Yeast: Use 1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons of Must.

 

Sanitation: Use 2 oz. per 1 gallon of water.
