Wine Conditioner

Wine Conditioner is a combination of non-fermentable sugars and Potassium Sorbate (prevents fermentation) designed to be used as a sweetening agent and stabilizer in one addition.  My be used to sweeten wine without fear of bottle carbonation.  Use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of wine.  500mL Bottle.
